Whether it involves lifestyle, shopping, finance, social media or entertainment apps, we anonymously collect information on how consumers engage with them including key metrics such as time of day, duration, frequency, and performance.

How it Works

Magnify is built around GWS’ nationwide panel of mobile consumers. It can report on, measure, and evaluate app usage, app and network performance, and consumer behavior. Data is collected from consumer Android smartphones 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, whenever and wherever consumers use their devices. In addition to generating mobile insights, Magnify can also provide consumer sentiment data collected from targeted surveys that GWS conducts with consumer panelists – key survey data that can be curated by demographic and/or usage criteria.

Over 50 Million Data Points Collected Daily

GWS consumer panelists (aged 18+) are recruited from the top metropolitan areas across the U.S. and U.K. along with consumers located in less populated areas (overall, covering a majority of both populations). Approximately 58 million data points are generated daily by panelists, reviewed for quality assurance, and made available in Magnify. Data is anonymously collected and reported in aggregate for market research purposes only.
